Starting with August 29th, the U.S. ended the $800 duty-free allowance (known as de minimis). After this date, all shipments entering the U.S., no matter the value, will face duties, taxes, and longer customs processing.

Chantal's merch ships from all over the world, and we did our best to ensure that most (if not all) items are stocked in the US. However, we cannot guarantee that if something is not in stock in the US, it won't ship from somewhere else. The system is made to fulfill an order and reroute to other locations if something is not in stock.

Thus, we cannot promise that you will not be subject to, and Chantal is not resposible for covering these tariffs.
